He was readily available throughout the search for a new home and would provide me with curated list of listings regularly and made suggestions for properties that could fit my criteria. When viewing houses, he knew the right things to look for first: quality of the building systems, layout, ceiling height, roof quality and many times within the first few minutes would tell me that this isn't the house for me. I always felt he had my best interests in mind and weren't trying to "sell" me on buying something I didn't want.
